Get cited in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers — not just ranked on Google

Classic SEO no longer guarantees visibility in AI search engines. We help companies in Lithuania and abroad optimize their content so it can be found, understood, and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot.

What is GEO, and how is it different from classic SEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) are already a recognized, distinct marketing discipline — sometimes also called "AI SEO" or "LLMO" (LLM Optimization). The industry hasn't settled on a single term yet, but they all describe the same goal: being cited in AI answers, rather than simply holding a fixed position in a results list.

Traditional search engines rank pages based on keywords, links, and user signals. Generative AI search engines work differently: when a user asks ChatGPT or Perplexity a question, the system breaks it down into smaller sub-questions and searches for each one separately — this is called "query fan-out." That's why content needs to answer not just the main question, but the whole spectrum of related sub-questions.

Why isn't SEO alone enough anymore?

The gap between what ranks in Google's TOP results and what gets cited by AI is already significant — and growing:

0%

of the pages most frequently cited by ChatGPT don't appear in Google's organic search at all

<0%

of sources cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot make it into Google's TOP 10

up to 0%

increase in visibility in generative AI answers after targeted GEO optimization

These numbers point to one conclusion: regular SEO work no longer guarantees visibility in AI answers on its own. It takes separate, targeted work on both content and technical site access.

What's Google's position on this?

From Google's point of view, optimizing for generative AI search results is simply optimizing the search experience — in other words, still SEO. Google itself recommends using the Search Console generative AI performance report to track how content shows up in AI features. We use this same report as one of the measurement tools when working with clients.

What we actually do to get your content cited by AI

Technical access for AI crawlers

We check your robots.txt file — many sites unintentionally block AI bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.), and some CDN providers (e.g. Cloudflare) have recently changed their defaults to automatically block AI bot traffic. We fix this so your content stays reachable.

Structured, topic-covering content

A brand with a single strong page on a topic is less visible than one with several well-structured pages covering that topic from multiple angles. We build content clusters that answer the full spectrum of "query fan-out" sub-questions.

Clear, direct answers

Instead of generic marketing copy — concrete, fact-based answers to the real questions people ask AI assistants. A structure that AI systems can easily extract and cite.

Citations and data

Research shows that targeted optimization can increase a source's visibility in generative AI answers by up to 40%, and the strongest single technique is adding citations and concrete data to claims.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to see results?

The first technical fixes (robots.txt, structured data) can start working within a few weeks, but steady growth from content clusters and citation gains is usually visible within 2–4 months.

Does GEO replace classic SEO?

No — GEO complements SEO. Google itself treats generative AI optimization as part of search experience optimization, so a solid SEO foundation remains essential.

How can I check if my website already meets GEO standards?
